These conditions of sale are concluded on one hand by Diamond Paradeyes managing the site www.diamond-paradeyes.com and, on the other hand, by any physical or moral person wishing to proceed to a purchase via the website www.diamond-paradeyes.com hereinafter referred to as the "buyer".

• Item no. 1 - Object

The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between www.diamond-paradeyes.com and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.diamond-paradeyes.com . The acquisition of a product through this site implies acceptance without reservation by the purchaser of these conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read before his order. • Article n° 3 - Prices

The price listed on the product sheets for the catalog and internet prices are in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the rate of VAT will be reflected on the price of the products. www.diamond-paradeyes.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing in the catalog the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include the expenses of delivery, charged in supplement of the price of products purchased according to the total amount of the order. Any order delivered outside of the French territory may be subject to additional taxes in force in the country of destination, and customs fees and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

• Article n° 4 - Order and payment Terms

Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL or STRIPE in order to fill in any security references to a Paypal account or credit card personal. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or by credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use thereof, the buyer may require the cancellation of payment by card, the amount paid will then be redeposited or returned. The responsibility of the holder of a credit card is not liable if the disputed payment has been proven to be made fraudulently, from a distance, without physical use of the card. To obtain the refund of the debit fraud and any bank charges that the operation was able to generate, the card holder must report, in writing, the debit with his bank, within 70 days of the transaction, or 120 days if the contract binding it to the law. The amounts collected are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written dispute, formed by the wearer. No charge for refund of the amounts will not be put to the expense of the contractor.

- Payment via bank transfer : If this payment method is chosen, the processing time of your order will be extended. The expedition of the latter will be the day the payment is received on our bank account.

- Payment via Cash money : We are not required to pay the costs of this mode of payment. The shipment of the order will be the receipt of payment. You must contact us by e-mail contact@diamondparadeyes.com in order to take note of our information (name, surname, address) for this payment.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and if it has filled on his order, and www.diamond-paradeyes.com shall communicate by electronic mail the confirmation of the registration of the order.

• Item no. 5 - Reservation of property

www.diamond-paradeyes.com retains the full and complete ownership of products sold until full payment of the price in principal, including fees and taxes.

• Item no. 6 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the article L121-20 of the consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of retraction and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund, excluding return costs. The return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. In addition, the costs of delivery are not reimbursed. Returned products must be in their original condition, complete, closed, unused and in perfect condition for resale. Any damage sustained by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made according to the method of payment chosen by the Purchaser within a period of 14 days.

• Article n° 7 - Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the purchase order, which can only be in the agreed geographical area within 48 hours after receipt of payment. The shipments are made by Mail, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. The time of delivery (2-4 days) are only indicative ; if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed if the delay arises from the liability of the Seller. www.diamond-paradeyes.com will be able to provide by e-mail to the buyer with the tracking number of the parcel. The buyer is delivered to his home by his factor. Transport risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the time when the goods leave the Seller's premises. • Article n° 8 - Warranty

All the products provided by the company www.diamond-paradeyes.com benefit from the legal guarantee envisaged by articles 1641 and following of the civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned to the company www.diamond-paradeyes.com take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. Returned products must be in their original condition, complete, closed, unused and in perfect condition for resale. If applicable, the Seller will not accept the return of the product. In the case of damage caused to a person or property by product defect, only the responsibility of the manufacturer may be sought by the Buyer, by contacting DIAMOND PARADEYES by post.

• Article n° 9 - Liability

The products proposed comply with French legislation in force and to standards applicable in France.

The Buyer, certify that I have consulted an ophthalmologist who has authorized the wearing contact lenses cosmetic, follow up regularly by a specialist in ophthalmology, have healthy eyes and be in perfect health, have read the instructions for use and undertakes to respect it. If the Buyer does not comply with these measures, Diamond Paradeyes will not be held responsible. Diamond Paradeyes also declines all responsibility in case of misuse or bad manipulation. In case of tingling, or redness in the eyes, please immediately remove the lenses and stop wearing them. www.diamond-paradeyes.com is not held responsible for the differences of perceptions (screen settings, etc...) , variations of colors according to the iris of the Buyer, changes that can be made by the manufacturer. The responsibility of www.diamond-paradeyes.com cannot be engaged in case of minor difference between the information provided and the product received. Diamond Paradeyes is also not responsible if the lenses are different on the left eye and the right eye. If this problem happens to you, we will ask you for a photo of the lenses in their case, if they are different, we refer you the lens color to complement your pair, if the reference is out, we will send you a promotional code. There will be no refund, even partial (except if the pair is in perfect condition for resale). If the color of the lenses is similar in their case, we will not be held responsible for it.

• Article n° 10 - intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.diamond-paradeyes.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Diamond Paradeyes. No person is authorised to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site they are in the form of a photo, logo, visual, text, name of the products or resell them without the permission of Diamond Paradeyes under penalty of exposing themselves to prosecution. This is valid for the whole world.

• Article n° 11 - personal Data

Diamond Paradeyes undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the Buyer, that it would be brought to pass for the use of certain services. Any information concerning is subject to the provisions of the law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978. As such, the user has a right of access, modification and deletion of information concerning them. It can make the request at any time by mail.

• Item no. 12 - Resolution of disputes

These terms of sale at a distance are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent Court will be that where the Seller.
